Name interpretation: Ovčarska means sheep's or shepherd's room. Sheep breeding is still one of the main agricultural industries in Jezersko and on Šenk's homestead. We use sheep meat, wool and skins. Our Jezersko – Solčavska sheep is in the barn in winter, in the spring and autumn around the farm and on the slopes of Goli vrh in the summer.
